Salesforce Expands Presence with New Office in Mexico City

Salesforce has officially opened a new office in Mexico City, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to the region’s growth as a tech hub. Designed to accommodate up to 2,000 employees, this office is part of Salesforce’s ambitious strategy to empower businesses in Latin America, particularly through innovative technological solutions. Relina Bulchandani, Executive Vice President of Real Estate & Workplace Services at Salesforce, emphasized the importance of this development. “Opening our largest-ever Latin America office in Mexico City is a major milestone that reinforces our continued investment and deep commitment to the region,” she said. The new location, situated in the Miyana II building, spans 192,000 square feet and is equipped with state-of-the-art resources.

This office serves as Salesforce’s second Global Delivery Center (GDC) since its original establishment in 2024, focusing on assisting local businesses in their digital transformation journeys. Through the GDC, Salesforce intends to offer consulting services in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, catering to a variety of local enterprises. Notably, well-regarded companies like FEMSA and Grupo Bafar will have direct access to Salesforce’s expertise on implementation and technical solutions.

Phil Sebok, Country Manager for Salesforce in Mexico, highlighted the role of local talent in driving success for customers. “We are incredibly proud of our customers’ achievements and the pivotal role that local talent plays in their success,” he stated, reinforcing the entrenched belief that innovation and growth stem from a strong, capable workforce.

Salesforce’s presence is set to expand significantly, supported by a USD $1 billion, five-year investment plan that also allocates funds for education initiatives. The company is committed to helping 100,000 Mexican students acquire essential AI skills, a move that could significantly contribute to the local talent pool and foster future technological advancements in small businesses.

Beyond direct business implications, the new office demonstrates Salesforce’s commitment to sustainability and community development. It boasts LEED Gold certification, showcasing a modern approach to design that emphasizes sustainability—utilizing healthy materials and energy-efficient solutions.
