Developed at its Dublin Innovation Center, LenAI processes over 700,000 queries weekly, saving an estimated one million productivity hours each year for the firm’s more than 90,000 global employees.

Tanuja Randery, Vice President and Managing Director at AWS for Europe, the Middle East & Africa, highlighted that this partnership enables Marsh McLennan to harness rapid innovation while minimizing operational costs. "Working with AWS, Marsh McLennan will enable deeper client insights while meeting the regulatory requirements of the financial and professional services sectors," Randery explained.
